Stay Tuned

Hey

Back from an absolutely amazing adventure in Arizona, USA, body clock still telling me it is 17:30 so I am going to take advantage and get 6 hours of sleep credited :-) The body clock, or circadian rhythm takes 1.5 hours a day to catch up with the new time zone so Arizona being 7 hours behind GMT should take me roughly 4 days to become adjusted to UK time. Stay tuned to hear all about our flying adventures and I shall look forward to sharing the experience!
